Tom Harmon - Man of the Year
The 2009 Man of the Year was announced in Cincinnati, Ohio. Tom Harmon from Ewing, IL received this award. Brother Tom has been married to Jane for 42 years, he has two children, Matt and Susan and four grandchildren. He is a deacon at Rescue FWB church, assistant Sunday School teacher and all-around handyman. On the local level, he organized and serves as President of his church chapter. On the state level, Tom is chairman of the IL State Master's Men Board and nationally, he has been on missions trips to Alaska, Hawaii, and Russia. He has been part of the state and national disaster response team, including going to Gulf Port, MS to work during Hurricane Katrina. Tom has participated every year in the Ridge Church restoration project, and is the lead man on the Build-A-House project in Benton, IL. CONGRATULATIONS BROTHER TOM!!!
